1. We will begin processing your order no later than 2 business days after receiving this message.

2. We will promptly contact you to agree on the time and date of delivery-installation.

3. If the distance from the Artemano store to the installation site (the address you specified in the submitted form) is more than 50 km, we will ask you for an additional payment of 1 CAD per additional km.

4. We are responsible for the timely arrival and prompt installation of the ensemble. The approximate duration of installation is 2-4 hours, depending on the height and material of the ceiling.

5. Installation is free if the ceiling height is no more than 10 feet, the ceiling is flat, the ceiling material is concrete or plasterboard. In other special cases, there may be additional payments.

6. You are responsible for ensuring timely access to the installation room for our workers.

7. You are responsible for the safety of things and furniture left in the installation room. It is advisable to remove valuable and fragile things from the interior in advance. The installation process is not a dirty process, but a small amount of dust is possible.

8. We provide a 10-year guarantee on the ensemble and installation.

9. Return of the ensemble. If the ensemble has not yet been delivered and installed, 100% of the funds are refundable. If the product is delivered but not installed, 100 funds are refundable excluding shipping costs - 50 CAD. After installation, $ 350 is deducted.
