TERMS OF SALE
Procedure for acceptance, production, delivery and installation of the Order
· After choosing, the client sends the order to the BZ systems Inc ( Contractor) office through the website.
· After receiving the order, the office analyzes the order, confirms the cost and sets the delivery and installation time.
· The office sends confirmation of the Order to the client by email.
· The client, if he accepts the terms, sends an advance payment to the Contractor.
· After receiving the advance payment, the office determines the timing of the visit for consultation and measurement and begins production of the product.
· A week before the installation date, the office agrees with the Customer on the date of its completion and reminds about payment.
· If the client wants to cancel the Order, he must do so before the installation date. In this case, the prepayment is not refundable.
· At the time and date determined for installation, the Client must provide access and free up space as much as possible, remove small and fragile items.
· After completion of the work, the Contractor may take photographs of the ceiling to record the completion of the work, and also use these photographs in public publications.
Payment
Terms of payment:
· After confirmation of the order, the customer makes a 20% non-refundable advance payment.
· Payment for the product is made upon delivery before installation - 80%
· Payment for installation is due upon completion.
· Additional services (replacement, modification, repair of damage, cleaning) are paid additionally

Delivery conditions
· The order delivery time is indicated upon confirmation of order acceptance.
· Prepayment from the client is made within 1 month, if later than 1 month the Contractor has the right to cancel the order.
· The order execution and delivery time is counted from the moment of receipt of the advance payment.
Installation
· First visit - measurement and consultation
· Second visit - delivery and installation
· The client accepts the need to install holes in the ceiling to install the ensemble
